The agreement

• Terms of Service — the binding agreement. Read §6, §7, §8 and §12 first: they describe what we keep, what we reuse, what we publish, and the one thing we cannot give back.
• Data Processing Agreement — how we process customer content as a processor. Accepted electronically on free and shared_anon; executed by signature on private. Where it and the Terms conflict on the processing of customer content, it governs. Superseded versions: DPA version history.
• Pricing Terms — what you are charged and why: no markup on the inference we pass through, a per-call fee on every call, and a fee on credit purchases.
• Off-session payment mandate — the separate authorisation §14 requires before we may charge your stored payment method when you are not present. It applies only if you turn automatic recharge on, which is off by default, and you can withdraw it at any time.

The per-tier data grant

Terms of Service §6 states the data grant for every tier in one table. These pages restate it one tier at a time, so that what you accept at signup is legible on its own.

• free — prompt text retained and replayed; templates may be republished to other customers; verdicts pooled.
• shared_anon — prompt text never stored; templates may be republished to other customers; verdicts pooled.
• private — prompt text never stored; no taxonomy use, no republication; verdicts stay in your account.

Notice documents

• Privacy Policy — what we store, for how long, who else sees it, and what a deletion request can and cannot reach. This is notice, not a grant: nothing is consented to it.
• Subprocessor Register — the third parties that process customer data on our behalf, and the model providers that do not.
